CCAD boasts the faculty who have the strong capability of teaching, research and technological application and development. With the good age structure, they enjoy high diplomas in a wide range of majors with reasonable educational backgrounds and structures.

Among the 160 faculty members, there are 15 professors, 36 associate professors, 53 master student supervisors and 3 doctoral student supervisors. Over 60 teachers have studied abroad or pursued further study at foreign universities.

Among full-time and part-time teachers, there are five leading personnel in China’s publishing industry, two members of Education Guidance Committee of Ministry of Education and five managing directors of national trade associations.

There are also six outstanding teachers and educators at provincial and ministerial levels.
