Digital Printing Engineering Center of General Administration of Press and Publication of the People’s Republic of China

Directly led by General Administration of Press and Publication of the People’s Republic of China, the Digital Printing Engineering Research Center was built by College of Communication and Art Design of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. The construction goal is to cultivate innovative digital printing professionals based on the Institute of Publishing, Printing and Art Design and Modern Publishing and Printing Experimental Teaching Center of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, to carry out research and development of key technologies for digital printing, and to promote digital printing related technologies. Industrialization has become an incubation base for digital printing technology talents.On the basis of integrating the resources of the College of Communication and Art Design and Shanghai Publishing and Printing College, the center is engaged in publishing and printing enterprises and research units nationwide, carrying out the sharing of advanced science and technology infrastructure and strategic reorganization of scientific and technological resources, striving to build a rational layout and complete functions as well as develop a high-level digital printing engineering research center with high efficiency and complete system.
